Have you ever bought produce from the end of a farm laneway, at one of those colourful little stands full of fresh homegrown goodies? These are called farmgate sales, because you buy directly from the farm. Farmgate Theatre is a new theatre company on Prince Edward Island that approaches our theatre in much the same way: we make it on the farm and you come here to get it.
